got my certificate 3 years ago, worked a month as a cook, took over a restaurant with a former colleauge, ( it worked great!)
got an job offer in another town, fewer hours, less paperwork, higher pay (ofcourse i took it :P )
I grew up in a culinairy family (mother, stepfather, uncle, smaller brother and me, were all cooks) with the same philosophy; to make people happy!
