Hello from Boston MA

I am not a chef and have no schooling other then my Italian family, which is probably the best schooling that you can get for a personal one on one mouth orgasmic experience. I love food and love making food on a personal level. you could take my recipe in a five star kitchen and it would not be as good as the non commercial kitchen.

Our membership is from around the globe, so many different 'takes' on certain cuisines... All welcome. I note you are Italian, but live in the USA.. That must have been a real culture shock! The membership is broad in terms of culinary ability, too ... From those just starting out, via enthusiastic home cooks to master chefs!
