Hi I am the Executive Banquet Chef for Hilton Garden Inn in Staten Island. Its a 200 room hotel with over 70,000 SQF in BQT space. We have a the Nicotras Ballroom attache to the hotel. We also have the Above ball room and Rooftop Lounge.
