Hello from NYC

Hi I am the Executive Banquet Chef for Hilton Garden Inn in Staten Island. Its a 200 room hotel with over 70,000 SQF in BQT space. We have a the Nicotras Ballroom attache to the hotel. We also have the Above ball room and Rooftop Lounge.

Wow, that sounds like a sweet gig.  I hope that you will share some of your knowledge in the Culinary Student forums, I’d be willing to beat that you have a lot to offer those kids.
