I know I didn't give a background, I'm kinda shy like that.
I started cooking Sunday breakfast when I was about 8 YO and went to school in the early 80's.
I have had the opportunity to work under some awesome chefs and then to lead some great cooks.
I've turned down some amazing opportunities in the past, but appreciate the road my life has taken.
I'm kind of an old guy (by the numbers) and have been around the block and know the food game....I was the kid that "played w/ my food".
I hope that I can add some solid content to this BBS.
