As the title states, uhh... where to begin? I'm currently running Portsmouth Pizzeria with my Father and we are trying to get into catering. But we don't know how to start. We are already an established pizza place that has been around for 5 1/2 years. We are currently on the approved caterers list at a nearby event center but we have no idea of what to do or where to go. A lot of people ask us for a catering menu but we don't really have one and we don't want to cater just pizza and spaghetti. Any tips and pointers would be very helpful. Ask as many questions and ill try to answer all of them as well as possible.
