Im currently working toward a seasonal fall special menu in a roadhouse style restaurant. This is on to be sold only on saturdays. I am in need of one more appetizer idea. This saturday menu is more upscale and fine dining as opposed to our regular menu. I need something different, and something that has a huge "wow" factor. Any ideas? Thanks.

How about...

Chicken lollipops (or wings) with a (bleu cheese) dipping sauce

Onion blossoms with three dipping sauces

Bacon-wrapped Stuffed jalapenos

Fried pickles

Corned beef and cabbage or reuben egg rolls with Thousand Island dressing

Steak sliders with horseradish mayo

For an upscale and memorable addition to your fall special menu alike shadab menu consider a Smoked Duck Breast Carpaccio, elegantly presented with a swirl of pumpkin aioli, a sprinkle of candied walnuts, and a delicate microgreen salad. This appetizer combines the rich, deep flavors of smoked duck with the sweet, seasonal notes of pumpkin, offering a sophisticated nod to autumn's bounty. The candied walnuts add a delightful crunch and a touch of sweetness, while the microgreens bring a fresh, slightly peppery balance to the dish. This combination not only promises a stunning visual presentation but also a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, ensuring a "wow" factor that will impress your guests and set a high standard for the rest of their dining experience.
