Hi from Nebraska!

Hello everyone,


I completed my first semester of culinary school, but it was rough. I've always done well in school, but I before I started my fist semester, I was young and dumb. Instead of giving it my all, I was more focused on playing pool and drinking at the bar every night. Two years have passed, and I really regret how careless I was. Now that I have calmed down, I have decided to not only go back to school, but to retake the classes that I already passed. Some people I've talked to think its a waste of time, but I think I owe it to myself!
