Howdy from Tesas

Thread Starter

I have been an at home baker for all my adult life, and was encouraged to sell my cakes.  I don't have a business but have sold many of my cakes from birthday to anniversary to wedding cakes.  I can bake just about anything, but the one thing that I struggle with is breads.  More so sourdough breads.  I'm hoping that with help I can conquer this quest for my family.

Aloha, Welcome to Chef Talk, so glad that you found all of us.

Isn’t this place amazing?  I found CT a little more than two years ago as a Home Cook, and now have built up enough confidence in myself to strike out in a new food business.

Please take a moment to review the FAQ, Tutorials and Community Guidelines.

If you like sweets, do take a look at the Gallery photos of some of the members own works with sugar, they're fantastic, mouth wateringly delicious looking goodies for sure!

I hope that you will visit as often as your busy schedule will allow.

Whatever you do here, have a great time!
