personal chef

Hi I'm currently developing a business to start a Personal Chef service and I just had a quick question.  Is there anybody that is a Personal Chef and still has time to spend with their family?  Just wondering if its a great job to take on if you have kids?

Can be, especially if the kids are in school.

I have a chef service with 5 chefs, including myself. We work mainly Monday through Friday, with the occasional evening and weekend. My desire for family time is one of the reasons I started my chef service. Of course, it all depends on what services you sell. If you sell parties, you'll work a lot of evenings and weekends.
