I just joined and saw that there is this section for introductions, so allow me to introduce myself. My name is Rudy and I live in upstate Manhattan (way uptown, almost the Bronx). I used to cook/wait/bartend in restaurants when I was younger. I cook extensively at home everyday, generally with produce procured from area farmers' markets. I'm currently trying to perfect a spinach/shiitake/tomato risotto. It's getting close. :)
