I've been scouring the web looking for sites related to this topic but I figured I'd get quicker results on here...so here goes...

 

I've been in the industry a while now and though I love being a pastry chef, I'd like to switch sides...insert your scoffs here if you wish. I guess I just want to learn every aspect of the kitchen- prep, salad, line, etc. and would like to know if anyone has any advice for me. 

 

I've talked to my chef about it and he gave me hope that it could happen, so I just need help in how to make it happen. I'm an extremely hard worker and willing to put in long hours, I just need advice that can get me there. Thanks
