Hello my name is Triston Lee head waiter and assistant cook and line prep for food for though catering im an athlete im graduating with the class of 2015 in high school. im not wholly interesting i have a respectful amount of knowledge considering my age (16) I enjoy sports and I love french italian and asian cooking i have a tendency when experimenting with recipes to over spice (unfortunately id over do a lot of things) ive been experimenting with food ever since i could hold a knife. and thats about it I hope to have many interesting conversations debates and thoughts with all of you thanks again
