Hello fellow foodies! I am 33 and a professional chef. I have been working in the industry for longer then i care to admit. Throughout my adult life I have tried doing other things but always found my way back in to the kitchen. I have never gone to culinary school but did take a lot of classes at the school of hard knocks! Most of my abilities were learned while being lucky enough to work under some great Chefs.
