I have been cooking/baking for over 40 years but never in any professional capacity.  I am a billing manager in a large healthcare facility and cooking is my stress reliever.  I love all types of cooking and baking.  If I were to have a preference, it is baking confectionary delights for the moment but likely to change at any given time.
