That's right, Hawaii's unofficial meat is now going to be available in Teriyaki; Hawaii will be the first market (of course) to recieve this glorious treat!

I prefer to make my own Teri-Spam for Musubi. Using reduced sodium spam and Ve Wong Anka soy sauce (that is quite good and surprisingly low sodium) I don't get that salt overload.
a spam cook off you say? what kinds of dishes? details please... I could NEVER get my fill of spam. I want to try and find the BACON flavored spam somewhere to see what that tastes like.
When I roll it, I just free hand it, not even the bamboo mat. (OK, mine's silicone). The spam gives it enough structure and tends to make it roll fairly squarely.

braddah @cheflayne I scooped this photo from Face book, I follow Hawaiian 105 KINE and they are really promoting the Spam Jam coming up *sigh* wish I could go, next year maybe... I do need to get new slippahs, my black rubba 'Locals' slippahs are almost make-die-dead
