Hi everyone i am new!! I need help. I am from Chicago il i am trying to start a baking business but in need of a kitchen that doesn't charge much.

Hi,
i have a question, i really want to be a pastry chef but people are telling me there is no scope in south Africa and no money. I would love to hear from other pastry chef's please.
