The other day stuffed a piece of turkey breast with some chicken sausage, mushroom, etc. It ended up a bit overcooked and a little dry. Diced up some of it tonight, added to the pan gravy and made small cottage pies.
They ended up quite tasty, just a reheated roll and some slices of fresh tomato on the side. It didn't seem like THAT big a meal, but I am feeling so stuffed. Maybe too much cheese on the mash!
