Commercial Kitchen

We just started out in Miami Dade, south Florida and are contemplating renting or building a commercial kitchen.
Any feedback / expertise someone can share with us?

I know you posted this a while ago but I have a commercial bakery my baker has been working out of for 5 years. Here are the details if you are interested


2000 square foot commercial bakery space available for share (by day or by hour). Access to tons of equipment within the bakery, just off glades road in Boca Raton. Fed ex also picks up regularly from this location daily (except Sundays), with current in place long term tenant that has been in the bakery for 5 years. Available to rent space/use equipment mon-fri (potentially Saturday). Rates and terms are flexible and vary depending on frequency. Equipment available to use include:

-Bakon Mini Enrober with tempering unit and cooling belt
-40 qt mixer
-20 qt mixer
-6 qt mixer
-Commercial convection oven
-Area in fridge (two door) and three door freezer
-Traulsen freezer, turbo air fridge
-Large wooden bakery work space table
