Hey ChefTalk!

I'm very familiar w/ CT :) 

You all have helped me with a lot of random pastry problems over the last couple years since my pastry chef left and they left me to act as "lead pastry person" for our casinos fine dining restaurant.

Love that search feature!!! 

So thanks and know that you all are contributing to the pastry world even if you don't know it :)
