Well my questions are how lbs of chicken for 200 guest and how many pounds of rice would use for two guests?

1/4 chicken is about right----or 50 chickens for 200--

 

Rice for 200---one cup feeds 6 people--34 cups---you will need to turn that into pounds----

 

If you can lay your hands on Wenzels Menu make--that cook book has large quantity recipes---

 

My copy is a 1964 edition---my age is showing----
