It's So Nice To Be Home

I can’t believe that DH and I have been on the road for an entire month!  This has been a whirlwind of an adventure.  We went through 7 different states, 11 National Parks, Monuments or Sites, visited with two old friends in two different states and I cannot recall how many different places to eat.  I took almost 800 photos and I’m thinking that it will take me another month to go through them to be able to share them all with the class, but I will, soon.

Mahalo (thanks) Petals, we had a wonderful time!

I'll give you a teaser -

This was lunch on one of our days in Jackson Wyoming at Local, a great restaurant!

I had:

Handcrafted Charcuterie

Meats - duck prosciutto • foie gras torchone •
Cheeses - Havarti
{served with house-made mustards and condiments}

Ohhhhhh K-girl, you hit a soft spot. It all looks fantastic !

Good for you that you tried it. Was there anything on that board you would not eat again or did the flavors/ textures sit well on your palate ?

Petals, the only thing that I was not fond of was the chutney, I've never been a fan.

I missed a snap of their bread, very nice, DH ate the entire basket BEFORE my lunch was served!  Oh and of course a very pleasant glass of wine to accompany the lot.
