Howdy from a one traffic light town

Hello everyone,

            My name is Greg and I am currently working as a pastry cook, and looking to learn and grow and someday attend culinary school. My goal is to be in school within 6-8 mos I want to see how the new job goes, and start during slower time of year for the bakery. I have baked for as long as I can remember, worked in hotels, yacht clubs, and restaurants I discovered baking and it is the one thing I enjoy more then other forms of cooking. I look forward to learning with those on the site, it looks like a wonderful and knowledgeable forum.

I spend a good amount of time in a stop sign only town.

Aloha, welcome to both of you, Greg and Jason.

Having grown up in a town with NO traffic lights, I can surely relate.

I hope that you both have taken a look at Cheftalk.com on Face Book as well as Pinterest, good stuff!

I am always amazed at how very generous the members of CT are with their knowledge in all things food.  But then, food people are a sharing bunch.
