ok, I have a fast food restaurant that is currently running and passed inspections. I am located in Pasadena, California. I want to be able to obtain a commercial kitchen license so I can produce sauces in my own restaurant kitchen to sell online and to the public.
I heard I need to rent a commercial kitchen and I was thinking why not use what I have to save some money right?
so my question here is :
1. do I need to obtain a separate license to bottle my own sauce to sell online and out to markets?
2. if so, how much am I looking at and what do I need to prepare?
help is needed desparately.
