Need a few good ideas for a fall lunch menu..any input is greatly appreciated!
Flavours of fall
Before we can be of any serious help, we'd need to know a little more. Is this a restaurant menu or a personal meal? If it's for a restaurant, what kind of place, what other foods do you serve, what's the price point, where are you located? If this is for something personal, what's the function, what price point do you want to be at, do you have food likes or dislikes? More information will help us better be able to focus our suggestions.
Fall lunch ideas:
Acorn Squash soup
Cream of broccoli, or vegetable or chicken rice soups served in a hollowed out bread bowl
Pulled Pork on mini onion rolls
Pumpkin cranberry bread
Chicken or Beef pot pies
Hearty sub sandwiches with hot soup
Beef Bourguignon over noodles
Cheese bacon jalapeno corn bread with corn kernels and milk scraped from the cob.
