Hello, My name is Jason and I work night shift in an Emergency Room at my local hospital. I found this site when
I was trying to find out which creme brulee to buy. After reading reviews and the forums I ended up getting the Iwatani cb-tc-pro and I love it, so a big thanks to everyone. I am very excited to find your guys and look forward to learning from all of you. My kitchen is my place to wind down on my days off and I spend a great deal of time cooking and baking. Thank you in advance for helping me learn to be a better cook.
