Hello, I stumbled upon this web site while looking into different cooking related things. I am an line cook, dish washer, waiter, host, delivery driver and, prep cook. I work at a little Chinese Restaurant, and have been doing so for going on three years. I have worked at a lot of other Restaurants since I was 16. I am now 23, and am planning on going to culinary arts school at WTI in Topeka Kansas. With this year being such a rough one. I took a break and worked 4 months at a fast food chain, worst job ever. But I am now currently back, where I belong which is in a Restaurant.
