Apple corer and/or peeler needed

As I enjoy making apple tartes, I need to speed things up.  I'm peeling, coring and slicing up to ten green apples for a single tarte that includes filling and using a knife to do all seems tiring.  Would a corer or one of those combination corer/peeler/slicer units costing less than twenty dollars be the way to go????

Or should I get a dedicated corer like this and leave the rest up to my chef's knife?

Best and I'm a foodie.   I know very little but the little that I know I want to know very well.

I've read a couple of reviews concerning the peelers and the ones to get are made of cast iron.  Do you have any experience with either them or the corers?

HOT DAMN!  Is this ever the bomb.  My Victorio Apple and Potato peeler was very easy to setup and use.  No rocket science needed.  The unit peeled, cored and sliced two medium green apples in less than thirty seconds.  And when you've five or six apples to use in a tarte...

Really, I'd highly recommend this unit for you apple buffs out there.  Mine is the one with the suction base and it adheres quite well to the formica countertop.
