CIA: Greystone vs Hyde Park

I was interested in the Food Science emphasis at CIA but I was thinking of doing the first two years of CIA in St Helena since the campus is far more exciting than Hyde Park and to break up the monotony.  Would there be any detractors in doing this?

Before you sign up for the CIA in st Helena you should look into the Napa culinary school its held through the community college in Napa. The 2chefs that run it one is a master chef and they both thought at the CIA they started that one to offer a better and more affordable option to the CIA. One of my buddy's went there and its an amazing program with super small class sizes. They will help place you with internships and have connections to the best restaurants in the area and that includes a couple of Michelin 3 stars and a handful of 1 and 2 star places. Its beautiful there and I would suggest at least checking it out,
