Hello There, I am looking for some advice on how to move forward in my career. I am currently working as a commis chef in Edinburgh, its a large team and I do banqueting kitchen. I am studying whilst working full time my management level three. I looking for some advice on how to get a head of the game, and really push myself as a commis chef I would love to be demi chef within the next six months. any advice would be much appreciated.
