Hello my name is Jeffery Hunter, sous chef, former restaurant manager (front and back of house) and graduate of Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts here in my home town of Vancouver BC Canada, I look forward to sharing ideas and learning a little from fellow food lovers.

Ya' know, nobody else gets me... You do what? You cook food? It's like speaking a different language. Let me just say, the folks here at Chef Talk, they GET you!

Take a look around and if you have any questions, one of us Mods would be more than happy to help you out. A note, the Pro section is for folks employed in the food industries, so please don't leave out us Home Cooks, we bring it each and every night, just like a five star restaurant.
