What from these 3 you would prefer?

Hey guys...

I'v been looking for a knife know and found those 3 cuties...

Tell me what u think.

I like the first one for it's flatter edge profile. The other two introduce too much curve/sweep towards the the tip.  That's strictly a shape reason, not steel or handle criteria.

Please, no Shun and no Tojiro DP. 

Go Misono Swedish (Carbon though). Much better for $169 (240mm)!

All of my Sabatiers were purchased decades ago and were I younger, I'd nowadays go with the Misonos.. CARBON STEEL RULES!    8)
