Hello everyone,

First of all thank you for your help. I only registered today but i was following some of ypur advices for the last months.

I just went to Boston at 25 of August to work in a 5* hotel for 6 months as a line cook. After that time i will return to Portugal.

My career just started 2 years ago so i am putting a long effort in learning around the world.

I hope to read good ideas and new perspectives here.

This is a fantastic, vibrant, eclectic community comprised of everything, INCLUDING the kitchen sink!

Isn’t that just the way food has its power over all us?  It draws us all in.

 

Check the place out and if you have a question in regards to the site self, you can post those in the Feedback & Suggestion forum.  I might suggest the search bar at the top of the page since CT had been around for more than 10 years, many a topic has gone around the moon a few times.

 

Please take a look at the general forums as well as the Pro section, we Home Cooks bring just as much to the table as in any Five Star restaurant.
