Long time lurker, just joined today. I grew up in a home where both parents loved cooking (mom did the normal, dad pushed the lines and tried new things) I work in IT by trade, but find that my personality likes to dive deep into things I enjoy. Cooking being one of them. I do almost all of our cooking in our house, twin boys under 2 and a wife who developed a dairly allergy with her pregnancy. That has shifted our eatting habbits significantly in the house.
I love creating, or recreating dishes to fit our needs, often with a healthier option when possible. Look forward to all of the knowledge here and sharing what I have learned.
