I am waiting on a chef job in Dominican republic and wanted to know what I should buy to keep cool in the kitchens.Anything else you can add for info will be greatly appreciated. Ciao

High end: the Gerard by bragard. I work in Phoenix Arizona, sometimes at catering event working a grill at 120degrees outside. Best. Jacket. Ever. Low end: chef works has some cool shirtsleeves with breathable backs

Thank you for help that sounds good to me and yeah I lived in las vegas for 5 years that heat is something else. I am hoping that since is my friends place might be very casual so might not even need a chef jacket lol

well I found out am going to be able to wear shorts and t shirt nice and laid back am leaving for my new gig thanksgiving should be a great time
