Wooden boards and parchment paper

Thread Starter

I own a 14th Century pub in Hertfordshire and we are looking to start putting a couple of dishes onto lovely wooden boards with nice parchment paper.

So far I haven't been able to source any suitable wooden boards, let alone presentation parchment to use!!

Your help would be appreciated.

Theres a pint in it for you! ;)

Do you actually want parchment paper or is butcher paper more what you were thinking?
