I am new to the site, but loving all the input. I graduated from culinary school about a year ago and have spent the past year working as Garde Manger for a fine dining establishment in central Arkansas. A few weeks ago the owner decided to stop running lunches for financial reasons and I became jobless. I have a regular private chef gig every week now and trying to build upon that. Nice to meet you all!
