Hello there. I have been coming to find secrets of other pastry chefs for a little while and decided it was time to join the community. My name is Susi. I am in the southwest where temperatures are high and flavors are hot. I own a cheesecake business. That's all I do aside from some special order pastries every now and again...like cream puffs, cakes, and amuse bouche hors d'euvres every now and again. My passion is cheesecake.
