Hello!  I am a new member.  I love cooking and I am a foodie.  I would love to learn now to get started in catering so if you have any advice on this as well as any good books that can get me started in anything cooking and catering please don't hesitate to shoot it over my way.  I would be more than greatful!!

Aloha, kaneohegirlinaz!  Thank you for the warm welcome.  I'm looking forward to hearing from others about the catering business and catering in general. I enjoy cooking different foods, as long as I think I would enjoy eating them myself.  A lot of american cuisine, love italian food, as well as filipino dishes since I am originally from that part of the globe. Of course I like cooking a lot of asian, mostly chinese, but i'm starting to venture into vietnamese as well as Korean cooking.  I would love, love, love to be a good baker although I don't bake as much as I'd like to simply because I know if I bake I would want to eat them and I'm not too sure that's a good ideas :-(,  Thank you for your recommendation, I really appreciate it!

I forgot to mention that folks like myself who are not professional chefs are asked to read only in the Pro Forums, but it sure is informative.  ;)
