Looking for a Korean Cookbook

Thread Starter

I just got a job at a Fine Dining Modern Korean/Japanese restaurant. I'm good on modern Japanese, but I have no familiarity with Korean or Modern Korean. Do ya'll know of any good cook books? I generally like restaurant cook books like The French Laundry, Eleven Madison Park, Momofuku, etc.

I've got the the Kimchi Chronicles. It's more home style, but home style from Jean Georges Vongerichten via his wife. I've enjoyed it.
