Hello everyone,


My name is Pablo Velásquez and I am an aspiring chef, currently living in Honduras but soon going to Canada to pursue a culinary diploma at LCB in Ottawa. I am staging as a line cook at a local hotel. I've been coming here for over a month now but today I decided to officially join. So again, nice to meet everyone and if I can be of any help to anyone, just ask! :)
