I happened upon this site when looking for a way to ship cheesecake. I started reading some of the posts and questions and saw it would be a great place to find answers to my many baking questions. There seems to be a wealth of information and comradery.

I've always loved baking but just recently found I love to bake cheesecakes. For the past few years my family has challenged me with their birthday cakes. I am not good at decorating but they taste good! The internet has been a great place to find those unusual cakes they like to stump me on. :) Two of my children love cheesecakes.

My husband and youngest son went on a missions trip to Romania and to help raise money, I volunteered to make cheesecakes. Whew! Over 60 cheesecakes in a month plus working full time! But it was great!

A note about forums, the Pro section, folks not employed in the food industries are asked to read only there, but it is very interesting to peek in on what they're talking about.
