Hi Everybody!
This is my first post on Cheftalk and any help would be greatly appreciated!
I'm looking for some advice on a chocolate design I'm making for a small group in the Jewish community for Hannukah. Originally I had planned to make truffles shaped in traditional Jewish symbols using molds, but the molds are probably too shallow and now I'm trying to figure something else out. I don't have a lot of experience with chocolate work. but I want to figure out a design that is visually appealing, tastes great and look better than amateur. Does anyone have any ideas? I'd love to stick to making something with a molded ganache filling coated with chocolate but any suggestions would help a lot! Thank you!
