This is in response to many posts I have seen where people think some particular type of food causes gas in digestion.
You might call certain foods "gassy", because they affect you that way, but that doesn't mean they are that way by nature. Our digestive systems adapt to our diet. Just because cabbage makes you gassy, doesn't mean it does the same to me!
I bring this up because it seems there are prejudices against foods, that are not deserved. I thrive on rice, dal and bhaji. And a lot of spice! This diet is most comfortable for me and has the least side effects.
