[You know that Dexter still makes the High Carbon steel blades. What kind of adjustments did you make?]

I started doing conversions a couple of years ago and it's a lot of fun breathing new life into old iron.

Here's a Dexter slicer that was in sorry shape when I got it - who doesn't need a Pirate knife?
