Hello from Beijing...

Hi,

 

I don't really know how to label myself so I just put "I just love food". I have browsed many interesting topics in the past, and I recently found some articles that really dig into the details. I feel that this is exactly the community I want to get involved. 

 

I have never worked in the food industry, but cooking and sharing anything related to food has always been a source of happiness for me. Good ingredients, nice cookwares, restaurants, recipes, cookbooks...can keep me talking for a very, very long time.

 

This community is definitely a good place for me to get knowledge, and hopefully I can share my understanding of ...food, I guess. I am living in Beijing, I know some Chinese cooking, western cooking, and spend quite some time searching for fine cookwares and inspiring cookbooks.

Sounds like a good combination of skills for getting deeper in to cooking.
