Howdy Celerystik! Or should I say, G'day? We're happy you took your chef's advice and stopped by. It looks as if you've had some time to browse around and see all the goodies we have here: cooking articles, cookbook and equipment reviews, photo galleries and more. There's a ton of  information here going back well over a decade, so the search tool will be very useful in helping you locate just what you're looking for.

What are your culinary career goals? How did you get interested in the business? Many of us had a person or an event which inspired our passion for cooking and for food, so I bet you have one to share as well.

We hope you enjoy being part of the community, and that you share your experiences and discoveries with everyone here. We'll look forward to seeing you as often as your schedule allows.

Welcome!

Mezzaluna

My goals are to move out of at least adelaide and go to eother sydney or europe and do fine dining/french cuisine. I just love the look of food that is nicely plated with all different colours and elements, looking absolutely fantastic.

The main thing that got me into it is the rush of a service, the thrill of getting absolutely hammered but knowing that you're on top of your dockets and everythings sorted. Its those rushes of adrenalin that make me go 'yes, this is where I want to be, where I belong.'
