About 4 years ago, chronic health issues prompted me to explore new avenues of nutrition, and i discovered raw veganism. I researched and read, and read some more...I learned all i could about this new group of ingredients and started to experiment. In a short period of time, I'd wake up with recipes in my head...and go to the kitchen and prepare them. It was exciting. I started a blog to keep track of my recipes. Four years later, I'm teaching other hos to enhance their lives with living food...and I'm working on my very first recipe book! It's all very exciting. I'm not a die hard raw foodie. I am a foodie...but when it comes to my health, I know that my body is healing and feeling better eating live foods...so for now, i'll continue to create exciting recipes that are mouth-watering. I am the Queen of raw vegan cheesecakes...and my book is all about raw pizza....I'm excited to have found this group.

Pistachio Pesto Pizza for my upcoming book.

Have you seen cheftalk.com on Face Book and Pinterest?  Great stuff there too.
