Hello my fellow food lovers, I'm a ex culinary arts student in high school and college. I love cooking ethnic cuisines, but my greatest strength is in the pastry arts. If I do have to pick my favorite cuisine to make out of the bunch, it's between Japanese, Italian, Cajun and Native American. It's hard to pick one since I'm still discovering new ethnic cuisines that's very enjoyable to make. Unfortunately, since the city I live in don't have any good entry level cooking jobs nor dish washing jobs opened, I have to jump into my loophole that is the Air Force job training program in another four months before hopefully entering into the Hattori Nutrition College in Japan.
