Has anyone ever taken culinary management classes at the French Culinary Institute or now the ICC?

There's a class called "Open and Run a Restaurant"  and it's so much more expensive than other diploma programs, I wonder if it's worth it. (I know getting real world experience is more important, but assume I can't for now). Any feedback would be much appreciated!

I had a coworker at a 2 michelin star place that did culinary and restaurant management at FCI. He got his job from connections made there. He was very talented and capable. If this skill was gleaned at school or not I don't know, but they got him in the door for sure.
