There's a class called "Open and Run a Restaurant" and it's so much more expensive than other diploma programs, I wonder if it's worth it. (I know getting real world experience is more important, but assume I can't for now). Any feedback would be much appreciated!
Has anyone ever taken culinary management classes at the French Culinary Institute or now the ICC?
