Finally, the perfect tarte glaze

The glaze consists of 1C of apricot juice mixed with 2 tsp of unflavored gelatin.

Best and I'm a foodie.   I know very little but the little that I know I want to know very well.

And, AND, the bottom/floor of the crust is totally flakey!

WOW I could munch that down like an old Twix found in the bottom of my handbag. That looks lovely!
